I.Qualifications
1．Possess strong scientific research and innovation capabilities as well as a sense of teamwork;
2．Uphold academic integrity and a rigorous scientific attitude, be in good health, and be capable of meeting the job requirements;
3．In-service personnel are not eligible for application; in-service personnel are encouraged to participate in joint training through national postdoctoral research workstations and relevant postdoctoral research mobile stations of the university;
4．Priority will be given to applicants with significant research achievements.

Joint-Trained Postdoctoral Fellow | (1)Obtained a doctoral degree within 3 years, and the age should not exceed 35 years old in principle; (2)Jointly recruited by our university and other units (postdoctoral research workstations, postdoctoral innovation bases, enterprises and institutions, etc.), with a contract term of generally 2-3 years; (3)Daily funds (i.e., total postdoctoral salary, scientific research funds, etc.) shall be borne by the joint training unit; administration affiliation, organization, salary, household registration, files, etc. will not be transferred to Nanchang University. |
5．The proposed research work should be basically consistent with the research direction of the mobile station, and the doctoral graduation major and research direction should meet the post requirements in Table 2.

II.Support Policies
An annual salary system is implemented, with an annual salary of no less than 220,000 RMB (All subsidies and benefits are subject to the latest regulations).
