食品营养与安全系 简介 The Department of Food Nutrition and Safety

食品营养与安全系于2001年由食品学院和公卫学院共建食品营养与安全硕士点,属我校公共卫生与预防医学一级硕士点下属二级学位点;之后,于2006年获批二级学科博士学位授予权。食品营养与安全系设有食品质量与安全、食品营养与健康两个本科专业,目前在校本科生共205人。其中,食品质量与安全专业于2004年经教育部批准设立,2005年开始招生;该专业于2019年和2021年分别入选江西省和国家级一流本科专业建设点,2022年被评为江西省五星级本科专业,并通过了国家工程教育认证。食品营养与健康专业于2025年获教育部批准设立,并于同年启动招生。

The Department of Food Nutrition and Safety

The Department of Food Nutrition and Safety, jointly established by the College of Food Science and the College of Public Health in 2001, offers a master’s degree program in Food Nutrition and Safety. It is a secondary degree program under the first-level master’s program of Public Health and Preventive Medicine at Nanchang university. Later, in 2006, it was approved to grant doctoral degrees in second-level disciplines. It offers two undergraduate programs: Food Quality and Safety, and Food Nutrition and Health. Currently, there are 205 undergraduate students enrolled. Among them, the Food Quality and Safety major was approved by the Ministry of Education in 2004. Undergraduate enrollment began in 2005. In 2019 and 2021, it was respectively selected as a first-class undergraduate major construction point in Jiangxi Province and at the national level. In 2022, it was rated as a five-star undergraduate major in Jiangxi Province and has passed the National Engineering Education Accreditation. The Food Nutrition and Health major was approved by the Ministry of Education in 2025 and began undergraduate enrollment in the same year.
