Huang Xiaojun, female, native of Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China. She holds a doctorate degree, serves as a researcher and doctoral supervisor, and currently acts as a Member of the Party Committee of the College of Food Science and Technology, Nanchang University. She is also recognized as a provincial and ministerial level talent.

She has presided over 17 scientific research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. She has co-authored 5 academic works in both Chinese and English. Moreover, she has garnered 8 academic and teaching awards, such as the Second-Class Award of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the Second-Class Award of the Outstanding Scientific Research Achievements Award in Institutions of Higher Education (awarded by the Ministry of Education), the First-Class Award of the Jiangxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, and the Second-Class Award of the Jiangxi Provincial Teaching Achievement Award.
