CFST currently has 6 national-level platforms, including the State Key Laboratory of Food Science and Resource, the National & Regional Joint Research Center for High Throughput Transformation of the Agriculture End Products, the China-Canadian Joint Laboratory of Food Science and Technology (Nanchang), and the National Base Model for Incubating International Science and Technology Cooperation on Food Safety. As well as 16 provincial and ministerial-level platforms, including the Key Laboratory of Food Science of the Ministry of Education, the Engineering Research Center of Biomass Conversion of the Ministry of Education, and the Collaborative Innovation Center for Green Food Deep Processing and Food Safety jointly established by the province and the ministry. These platforms have formed a high-level scientific and technological innovation platform that integrates basic research, applied basic research, key core technology breakthroughs, and achievement transformation, with deep integration of industry, academia, research, and application.
