2、教学情况简介:(指承担本科生和研究生课程)

主要承担本科生《食品化学》、《保健食品与安全》等课程的教学工作。

3、在研项目、科研、课题情况综述:(指本人主要的研究方向)

陈奕博士主要从事食品质量与安全,食品化学与分析等领域的研究工作,截止2015年底,主持国家自然科学基金、全国优博作者专项基金等国家级课题6项,参与8639734项国家级课题,发表论文40多篇,其中SCI论文28,单篇最高被引用271次,该篇论文被评为Food Chemistry Top Cited Article 2008-2010,并被ESI高被引论文收录。2012年获全国百篇优秀博士论文,2014年被评为江西省青年科学家。获国家级教学成果奖二等奖、江西省自然科学奖一等奖等各类奖项9项。主持的部分在研项目列表如下:
