二、个人简历:
英国女皇大学营养学博士,教授,国家一级研究员,博士生导师,院士。2005年起任南昌大学食品营养赣江学者特聘教授。动物营养学国家重点实验室、生物饲料安全与污染防控国家工程实验室和中国科学院亚热带农业生态系统过程重点实验室学术委员会委员,国际食品、农业与环境学会常务理事(芬兰)及Journal of Food, Agriculture & Environment和Asian-Australasian Journal of Animal Science 和Domestic Animal Endocrinology等三个国际杂志编委,中国畜牧兽医学会科技专家动物营养学分会常务理事,中国微量元素与食物链研究会副理事长。在分子营养学方面研究进展突出,获得2008与2010年国家科技进步二等奖(排名第一),目前的研究主要是运用生物化学、分子生物学和基因工程等技术,进行氨基酸和碳水化合物营养调控的机制研究。
主要研究方向为分子营养学。目前招收食品科学专业硕士、博士、博士后。
